Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MindYourPuzzle (“the service”, “we”), available on the web and as a mobile app. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Using the service
- Daily puzzles and ranked 1v1 are free. You need a free account to play ranked matches and keep a rating.
- Don’t abuse the service — no cheating in ranked play, no automated scraping, no attempts to disrupt other players or the infrastructure.
- Puzzles credited to third parties (e.g. Jane Street) remain the property of their creators; our interactive aids are fan-made tools and link to the original source.
Premium subscription
- Premium unlocks the archive and unlimited practice across every game. It is offered as a monthly (€1.99) or yearly (€19.99) auto-renewing subscription.
- Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your payment method is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end.
- Managing & cancelling: subscriptions bought on the web are managed through the customer portal (via the Premium page); subscriptions bought in the mobile app are managed in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, where you can also turn off auto-renewal.
- Prices may change; we’ll give notice before any change affects a renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe (web) or the app stores (mobile) — we don’t store your card details.
- Refunds for app-store purchases are handled under Apple’s / Google’s policies. For web purchases, contact us.
Accounts & data
You’re responsible for activity under your account. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account (and its data) from the app at any time.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running and correct, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
