Bloom

Two colored seeds are planted. Place ONE more seed of either color, then hit Bloom — all seeds spread outward one ring per tick, simultaneously. Where two colors meet, the cell turns to a neutral wall. Goal: when everything settles, each color must own exactly its target number of cells. Tap an empty cell to choose where (and a color) to plant.
