Find the hidden calculation.
Like Wordle, but for arithmetic — guess the equation that hits the target.
The goal
Every puzzle has a target number. Your job is to find the hidden calculation that equals it — using digits and + − × ÷.
Each guess is a real equation
A guess must be a valid calculation that also equals the target. If the target is 8, then 9*8-64 works (it equals 8), but a guess that doesn’t equal 8 is rejected. Standard order of operations applies (× and ÷ before + and −).
Read the colours
After each guess, every tile lights up:
- Green — right tile, right spot.
- Yellow — that tile is in the answer, but a different spot.
- Grey — that tile isn’t in the answer.
You get six guesses. Rearrangements that still equal the target count as correct (e.g. 9*8 and 8*9).
